Chef Kayla Pfeiffer is a 2025 James Beard Emerging Chef semifinalist, Food Network Chopped Champion, and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. She is the chef/owner of Bicyclette Cookshop and Thank You Kindly in Naples, Florida, and a leading voice in the evolution of contemporary Florida dining.
Bicyclette Cookshop has received national and regional recognition, including being named one of USA Today’s Best New Restaurants of 2025 and earning honors from Gulfshore Life as one of the region’s Best New Restaurants. Pfeiffer’s cooking is defined by technical precision and a playful, high-low sensibility, grounded in Florida’s agricultural landscape and shaped by global influences.
In 2026, Pfeiffer will open Heyday Cookshop, a chef-residency restaurant with a hi-fi listening room and a natural wine and vermouth program, conceived as a cultural hub for chefs, farmers, and guests. Across all of her work, Pfeiffer builds restaurants that are personal, collaborative, and deeply rooted in community, reflecting her belief that food is both craft and connection.
KELLY ZIELINSKI

Raised in Saline, Michigan, Kelly discovered her passion for cooking at an early age, spending time in the kitchen with family and developing a love for food rooted in connection and tradition. She went on to attend the Culinary Institute of America, graduating in 2020 after completing a semester studying in Puglia, where she deepened her appreciation for regional cuisine and ingredient-driven cooking.
Shortly after graduation, she moved to Naples and joined Chef Kayla Pfeiffer. Over the years, Kelly has worked alongside Chef Kayla through multiple different restaurant concepts, growing as a cook, leader, and mentor with each experience. Through her dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence, she has risen through the ranks and now serves as Chef de Cuisine of Bicyclette Cookshop.
Her cooking is guided by thoughtful technique and a deep respect for local ingredients. She is known for her consistency, leadership, and commitment to developing those around her. What she values most about Bicyclette is the team, the culture of support, encouragement, and shared passion that drives the restaurant forward every day.
