From Connecticut to Naples, crafting culinary magic every step of the way

Chef Kayla Pfeiffer’s culinary story began in her family’s restaurants in Greenwich, Connecticut, where she grew up surrounded by the sizzling sounds and enticing aromas of vibrant kitchens. Splitting her time between schoolwork and perfecting chocolate soufflés, her passion for cooking was clear from the start.

With training from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and experience apprenticing under Michelin-starred chefs, Kayla honed her skills among the best in the industry. Her creative energy brought her to Florida, where her innovative leadership left an indelible mark on renowned establishments like Bar Tulia and The French. Today, she pours her heart into making every plate at Bicyclette Cookshop a celebration.

Bicyclette Cookshop was born from a vision to take diners on a gastronomic adventure. With Chef Kayla at the helm, we mark a meeting point between traditional techniques and out-of-the-box creativity.
