FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What does "sustainable" mean for this trail?
For this Trail, sustainability includes thoughtful sourcing, cooking seasonally, reducing waste, purchasing responsibly, supporting local producers and makers, and strengthening our local food community. No restaurant is perfect—the goal is recognizing progress and sharing specific, honest efforts!
Are all participating restaurants completely zero-waste or 100% organic?
No restaurant is perfect. The Trail is about recognizing local restaurants making real efforts and sharing the specific steps they are taking in their kitchens every day.
Why are there 2 location listings on the map for Mister O1?
Both Mister O1 locations (Downtown and Vanderbilt) participate in the trail, but they count as the same single Trail stop! You can visit either location to receive your Mister O1 sticker; you do not need to visit both.
How do I collect stickers and enter to win prizes?
Pick up an illustrated map at any participating restaurant. Ask your server or host for a sticker during your visit! Once you collect all required stickers between Sept 1 and Dec 1, 2026, turn in your completed map at Bicyclette Cookshop and you'll be entered to win prizes donated by participating restaurants and community partners, including a Chef Residency Dinner at Heyday Cookshop!
Do I have to complete the Trail stops in order?
No! You can visit the participating restaurants in any order you like throughout the event dates (September 1 to December 1, 2026).
What if I lose or forget my paper map?
You can pick up a new map at any participating restaurant, or download and print a map PDF right here on this website! Note that each restaurant can only verify its own visit and sticker.
